Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Fitness to lead our team of personal trainers and drive the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, selling premium fitness packages, and ensuring the highest standard of service across our network of trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultations & Sales:

- Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to deeply understand their fitness goals and needs.

- Effectively communicate the value and unique benefits of Elite Home Fitness, ensuring a compelling brand experience.

- Present and sell personalized training packages that align with client aspirations, fostering long-term relationships and client retention.

2. Event Management & Brand Promotion:

- Attend and represent Elite Home Fitness at luxury residential pop-up events, typically held Monday-Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

- Engage with residents to promote Elite Home Fitness services, creating opportunities to capture new clients within luxury residential communities.

- Collaborate with event organizers and property managers to ensure successful event execution and maximum brand visibility.

3. Trainer Management & Support:

- Lead and oversee a team of personal trainers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.

- Address and resolve day-to-day issues or concerns raised by trainers, acting as a liaison between trainers and upper management.

- Ensure trainers adhere to Elite Home Fitness standards and continuously improve their skills through ongoing training and development.

4. Strategic Growth & Development:

- Develop and implement strategies to grow the Elite Home Fitness brand within target markets.

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our reach and client base.

- Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the fitness, wellness, or luxury service industries.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and closing sales.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, to accommodate event schedules.

- Passion for fitness and a deep understanding of the personal training industry.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
