Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to analyze market trends. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive business development and sales growth. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends within the industry.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
  • Provide technical sales support by demonstrating product features and benefits to clients.
  • Manage accounts effectively, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and trade shows, to promote products and services.
  • Continuously analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, selling doors and windows.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Experience in business development, account management, or outside sales is required.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

  • sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
