Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and build rapport to establish trust and confidence.
- Assess customer needs by asking questions, listening to their concerns and desires, and recommending vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrate the features and benefits of vehicles to customers.
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to answer questions, provide information, and address concerns.
- Use CRM software to manage and organize customer leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers and finalize sales transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, options, and pricing as well as competitive brands.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and meet performance metrics.
- Follow dealership sales processes and procedures and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver vehicles to customers and provide a thorough orientation on vehicle features and functions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any post-sale issues or concerns.
- Attend training and development sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- A proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
- Familiarity with ELeads CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
