We are looking for a responsible Administrator to run our company’s day-to-day operations which include sales, culinary, housekeeping, office, and maintenance staff. The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. The Administrator’s main tasks will be focusing efforts on resident happiness, managing financial success for the building, and selling vacant rooms. Our ideal candidate has experience as an Office Administrator, apartment sales, or another relevant administrative role in geriatric care.

Responsibilities
- Lead the company (apartment complex) staff
- Book meetings and schedule events
- Ensuring that operation is at all times in compliance will all applicable laws and regulations
- Enforcing safe and fiscally responsible admission and retention policies
- Keeping operation within the monthly budget
- Prepare regular reports and presentations
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed
- Handle queries from managers and employees
- Ensuring that all possible efforts are being made to assist and facilitate billing and collection of monthly rents
Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Sales Director, or related role; healthcare industry preferred
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
- Trustworthy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
- Experience in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare
- Strong leadership qualities
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pass a drug screen, and abide by our Drug-Free
