We are looking for a motivated and experienced In-Home Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team while actively contributing to sales efforts until the team is fully established.
Position Overview: The In-Home Sales Manager will play a dual role as both a working sales representative and a team leader. This individual will be responsible for driving in-home sales, managing leads from our retail partners, and building a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in in-home sales and management, as well as experience in scheduling, financing, and installation (SF&I) and canvassing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Actively manage and participate in in-home sales appointments until the sales team is fully operational.
- Drive sales by effectively utilizing leads provided by retail partners (Costco, Home Depot, Lowe's).
- Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee the scheduling of in-home appointments and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize SF&I experience to optimize sales processes and financing options.
- Canvassing and Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute canvassing strategies to generate additional leads.
- Train and support team members in effective canvassing techniques.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of in-home sales experience (water treatment or related industry preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience, including hiring and team development.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling, financing, and installation (SF&I) processes.
- Experience with canvassing and lead generation.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel locally for in-home appointments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
