We're seeking a highly competitive Sales Account Executive to drive new business within our Summits Division. Our clients are senior-level executives (buyers) from Top 1000 Global Companies or Fortune 500 Companies. This unique role allows you to work closely with a Sales Mentor, offering a competitive salary structure that includes a guaranteed base salary while rewarding your results. This is an in-person role located in our Montreal office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and data capture.
- Lead prospecting efforts.
- Create, modify, and launch strategic email campaigns.
- Maintain a positive attitude, ready to achieve goals.
- Audit existing client relationships for further opportunities.
- Set and achieve monthly goals and KPIs.
- Conduct 150 daily outbound dials (cold-calling).
- Bring innovative ideas to improve day-to-day operations and results.
- Understand and follow our proven sales process.
- Embrace mistakes as opportunities for learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent written and oral skills in English.
- Basic understanding of sales principles.
- Experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns is a plus.
- Track record of goal over-achievement.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focus.
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
- Basic administration skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary structure with a guaranteed base salary. CAD 55,000 to CAD 83,000 earnings potential in your first full year.
