The Business Sales Associate will manage client relationships by enrolling customers with services, manage inquiries efficiently, and provide superior customer service on all products they qualify for. Business Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to form positive, long-term relationships through seamless enrollment, customer service, and sales support
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, offering tailored business and sales solutions based on services they qualify for
- Assist in identifying opportunities to expand customer acquisitions, increase client satisfaction and profitable sales
- Communicate on any service updates for product offerings, new service solutions, and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems; be able to troubleshoot when necessary and keep customer information confidential
- Track and report all sales activities with implementation of new account acquisitions
Business Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on sales, account management, and customer service
- Ability to manage multiple business accounts, prioritizing customer needs to maximize sales success
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar role is preferred
- A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving and handling customer enrollments
- Communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to commute to our local office
- Passionate about working with customers
- Work within a team setting and learn from other individuals within a similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,833.00 - $88,058.00 per year
