Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of our software platform
- Analyze client data and provide insights to help drive their business goals
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives to expand client base
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce CRM system

Experience:
- Previous experience in account management or customer service role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) industry is a plus
