Job Description
Summary
Let’s Do This provides the technology for Event Organizers (EOs) putting on mass participation endurance events including: event and program registration, fundraising and charity management, merchandise, memberships, corporate management, CRM, data infrastructure and more for EOs putting on mass participation endurance events (like a marathon). You will be responsible for partnering with new clients (either from signature or from Go Live) to ensure a seamless transition to our platform, and to deliver ongoing success for them.
The Role
This role will be central to our next phase of growth, and critical to our success in the US as we build on our track record in the UK. We are already working with some of the top events in the US, and that is growing rapidly. You will work closely with these event organizers to help them get started with Let’s Do This, and then get the most out of our platform. You will need to be a personable problem solver for these event organizers as they put on fantastic races across the country. You will be the voice of the customer, influencing our product roadmap, as well as making the most out of our existing solutions.
You’ll be reporting into the VP Sales & Partner Success, but will support many stakeholders cross functionally. This role will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, and is largely remote, though there may be opportunities to spend regular time in our clients’ offices (potentially one day per week). There will be periods of time where newly signed relationships require in-person working sessions over a period of days for a seamless transition to our technology, so you will need to be willing to travel (across the US and to UK HQ as required) and be available for onsite support for the EO during certain blocks of time. This will likely include some weekends (with TOIL), as most events take place on a Saturday. Once your accounts are up and running, you’ll also travel for Quarterly Business Reviews ensuring we maintain regular and quality face time with our key US clients.
The salary range for this role is 100,000$ - 110,000$ per year
