We are looking for a Quality Assurance Account Manager to join our Building Kidz Team! The perfect candidate will have the ability to manage and visit multiple franchisee locations across the Bay Area, ensuring adherence to our policies, California state licensing regulations, and procedures to foster an enriching, safe, and nurturing environment for children, parents, and staff alike.
Ideally, our candidate will bring around 3 years of experience in preschool center management, demonstrating a deep understanding of running a successful program and familiarity with the challenges inherent in operating a childcare business. Knowledge of licensing application processes and Title 5 regulations would be a significant advantage.

Experience:
Knowledgeable in Title 22 and Title 5 Regulations
3+ years of business management experience desirable
Experience with NAEYC accreditation preferred
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required
Educational Qualifications:
AA Degree in Child Development
A Minimum of 12 post-secondary units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
