Entry Level Account Executive

The Entry Level Account Executive will provide promotional management within the region on behalf of our wireless client. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage High-Volume Leads: Provide personalized attention to a large volume of incoming retail leads, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported in alignment with our marketing goals.
- Engage and Qualify Clients: Clearly articulate our promotional packages, assess customer needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with customer service and sales teams to address client demands and deliver exceptional service inside our retail partners.
- Mentor and Motivate: Partner with the Executive Manager to guide and inspire the team, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Foster a Positive Environment: Create an inspiring and motivating atmosphere that reflects our brand’s integrity and values
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement and adhere to operational policies to uphold our high standards with our retail partners and our promotional client.
- Communicate Updates: Keep the team informed about current promotions, contests, and incentives to drive performance and engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership Skills: A proactive individual who is eager to contribute to our firm’s growth and success.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a high-volume lead generating environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge or experience working within the home service industry is preferred!
- Customer-Centric Attitude: A team player with a proven ability to exceed sales goals and contribute to revenue targets.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Customer Focus: Ability to connect with diverse customers and provide exceptional service.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,246.24 per week
