Senior Marketing Technology Specialist - Hybrid
  • Do you thrive on leading projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive Salesforce cloud integration and enhance efficiency across multiple business units?
  • Are you ready to take on a pivotal role where you'll design, customize, and optimize marketing applications to drive actionable insights and better decision-making within Canon Canada?
As the Senior Marketing Technologies Specialist, you will be reporting to Sr. Marketing Technology Operations Manager. You will play a key role in leading and implementing various marketing applications strategies and cloud integrations across multiple business units within Canon Canada. You will ensure that our marketing applications are configured to provide actionable information to all users, enhancing sales leads, creating efficiencies, and enabling better decision-making. You will expand and maximize our stakeholder knowledge and user capabilities across marketing and service applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, customize and configure marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot) to meet business needs, including workflows and automation.
  • Implement data governance strategies such as data migration and archiving with stake holders to maintain clean and reliable data for recommendations.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities within marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot) to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and overall improve system performance for users.
  • Lead marketing technology projects (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot etc.) with internal teams, resources, and third-party partners.
  • Create and maintain documentation of system changes, processes and user training for internal and external stakeholders. In addition, generate complex reports and dashboards within Marketing Technology application.
To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science is preferred.
  • Min of 5 years of cloud implementation with Salesforce with in-depth knowledge to guide and train users on Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Certification as a Solutions Architect and an advanced use of SalesForce cloud are preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge in Pardot, Service Cloud, Marketo and SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
  • Refined analytical skills to understand technical data, requirements and processes within various Marketing Technology Tools.
  • Strong project and time management skills to lead team members in marking technology projects with various stakeholders.
  • Intermediate computer skills for Microsoft Office product.
  • French is considered an asset.
