PeopleKeep is looking for a Broker Account Manager based in Indianapolis, Indiana who will be a key member of this fast paced and high-volume software team. As a consultative-sales professional with strong intrapersonal skills, you will be tasked with communicating our innovative solution to key broker/agency partners and helping communicate our solution to their employer relationships. This role requires the ability to nurture and grow strong relationships, be highly organized, and demonstrate a high level of trust and competence around our software solution and process.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Educating Brokers on QSEHRA
- Engage prospective and existing broker partners around QSEHRA through various campaigns/strategies
- Delivering quotes to brokers on QSEHRA and clearly communicating the overall solution.
- Communicating alongside brokers to employers PK's software solution.
- Working alongside sales operations and launch teams to effectively oversee communication of incoming QSEHRA groups to ensure successful launch.
- Communicating broker feedback to the marketing team to help inform the creation of future content.
- Closing & Contracting Revenue in alignment with Company Goals.
- Other broker sales responsibilities as assigned
- Provide thought leadership in ideas and approaches to sales productivity challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Highly organized, consistent, collaborative, and people skills
- 3+ years experience in customer-facing solutions with a history of driving, managing, and closing mid-market deals
- Experience developing strong relationships and achieving goals through those partners
- Professional experience in health insurance or health-tech preferred
- Passion for coming alongside organizations in need of support
- Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to hit or exceed goals
- Ability to articulate value proposition to small business owners
- Currently hold or willingness to obtain a Health and Life Producer License

This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
