Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology sales. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in understanding market trends and client needs to deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Develop new business opportunities through warm calling and networking
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and performance metrics to clients
  • Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably in technology sales
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with market analysis techniques and tools
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
