Regional Sales Development Manager
ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers are a national network of dental implant centers founded in
2005 to provide innovative dental implant care to patients across the United States. ClearChoice

management services to the ClearChoice network.

Summary
The Regional Sales Development Manager (RDM) is responsible for training, coaching, and
motivating Dental Implant Sales Consultants (PECs). RDMs partner with center, regional, and
divisional leadership to develop and execute sales action plans in centers within their region.
They work closely with members of the Corporate Sales Training Team and National Sales
Leadership to facilitate national and regional sales training.
Regional Sales Development Managers represent our company and brand in an engaging,
entertaining, professional and genuinely passionate way. They must have the ability to coach
and model sales techniques through inspiring and compelling interventions that result in
maximizing their Sales Consultants’ and center sales teams’ ability to consistently meet/exceed
monthly goals.
Job Duties:
- Facilitates training and effective coaching of ClearChoice’s sales methodology (Rainmaker) for Sales Consultants and Center Teams.
- Assesses training needs through shadowing and observing Sales Consultants, reviewing sales metrics (KPIs), and collecting feedback from Doctors, regional leaders and divisional operation teams.
- Develops individual coaching plans for Sales Consultants and Center teams to improve or optimize existing sales processes and ultimately improve results.
- Drives sales performance results through individual coaching of Sales Consultants and Center Team members.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, integrating onboarding and ongoing field training support with routine job functions.
- Seeks to improve business and sales acumen by participating in internal and external educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of previous consultative sales and training experience
- Ability and willingness to travel 80% - Road Warrior
- Ability to influence performance without a direct reporting relationship

Compensation and Benefits:
$95,000-$100,000 base compensation DOE
In addition to your base compensation, you will be eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus
(potential bonuses are merit based). Medical Insurance Coverage, Dental Insurance Coverage,
Vision Insurance Coverage, Retirement Plan (401K) options are provided as an additional
benefit of employment with ClearChoice.
