- Expert Collaboration: Provide strategic guidance to clients, showcasing how Carenet Health's solutions can solve their specific challenges and meet their objectives.
- Proof of Concept: Lead proof of concept initiatives to demonstrate the real-world feasibility and impact of our solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, product development, client engagement, and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at potential and existing clients. Act as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Market Insights: Provide feedback to our product development team based on client interactions and market insights. Help us continuously improve and innovate.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, integration guidelines, and a forward-looking 18-month roadmap.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Finance) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role, preferably in healthcare and digital customer experience.
- Strong aptitude for understanding complex healthcare concepts and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in journey mapping, implementation processes, and managing client and internal expectations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and understand client needs.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and industry events.
- Ability to develop and update marketing collateral to adapt to industry changes.
- Experience with healthcare technology solutions is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
At Carenet Health, we value the expertise and dedication of our team members, and we are committed to offering an appealing compensation package. The salary range for the Sales Engineer role is $110,000 - $160,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
