Sales Consultant

As a member of our team, we will train you in promoting and selling vehicles to customers. You will be expected to self promote, follow up with CRM leads and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable car-buying experience for our clients. This is a full-time, salary + UNCAPPED COMMISSION position with opportunities to earn a competitive annual income of $50,000 to $80,000+ in the dynamic auto industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
• Greet customers and build relationships to understand their needs and preferences
• Conduct vehicle walks and test drives with customers
• Present and explain vehicle features, pricing, and any available promotions
• Generate Leads, close sales and complete necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate with team members and departments to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors

Requirements:

• Sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred
• Professional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
