As the Roofing Sales Manager you will hold a critical role in expanding our roofing business in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of sales representatives, devising and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the successful attainment of sales targets. Your contributions will directly impact our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of roofing sales representatives. Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to help them achieve their sales objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and market share in the roofing services. Identify market opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. Regularly assess performance and offer constructive feedback to team members.
- Reporting: Generate routine reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts. Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for enhancement.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience within the roofing industry, boasting a successful track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities and a talent for team management, with the capacity to inspire and guide a sales team toward success.
- Roofing Expertise: Profound knowledge of roofing systems, repairs, coatings, and preventative maintenance practices.
- Customer-Centric: Outstanding skills in customer relationship management, grounded in a customer-focused approach to sales.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate technical information clearly and comprehensively.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to devise innovative sales solutions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
