Job Overview
Challenging opportunity for a Account Manager with a dynamic Solon Ohio company. The Company designs and manufacturers, both in Ohio, Asia, and Mexico, a line of electronic controls, igniters and safety devices for gas burning appliances. The job will consist of working with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to offer full customer support in managing commercial and supply chain day-to-day activities. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Duties
- Schedule, maintain and support customer orders in a timely manner.
- Work with appropriate Commercial team members on pricing and quotation.
- Review purchase requisitions and place purchase orders.
- Confirm purchase orders with cargo ready dates and estimated delivery dates.
- Update purchase orders with tracking information and update dates
- Review customer orders tied to updated dates and modify planned ship dates.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by driving consistent and timely response to all inquiries.
- Track air freight requests and coordinate with the customer.
- Modify customer orders for air freight charges, when necessary.
- Interface with all internal customers to obtain information required to support your external customer inquiries.
- Provide price and lead time quotations to new and existing customers.
- Enter customer orders into our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and track internal order progress.
- Work with customers on order release scheduling and planning of production.
- Enter, monitor and track RFQ (Request for Quote) progression.
- Monitor blanket order fulfillment progress.
- Monitor daily shipments to drive OTD (On time delivery) that meets and/or exceeds customer requirements.
- Process RMA (Return Material Authorization) information to and from customers.
- Administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales
- One plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Strong analytical, math and communication skills
- Computer literacy-Microsoft Office
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) experience preferred
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Technical sales experience is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
