Summary of Position:
The Senior Account Executive (SAE), Promotions Assistant, position supports the brand and consumer promotions team for one of pep’s Fortune 500 CPG clients. They assist the client to establish consumer promotion plans and then work with supplier partners to project manage the campaigns.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
- Collaborate with supplier partners to gather estimates, evaluate budgets, and analyze past consumer promotion performance
- Build and maintain annual consumer promotion plan budgets and activity calendars
- Coordinate with client and supplier partners to project manage consumer promotion campaigns from beginning to end ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Responsibilities include timelines, scope and spec development and changes, asset development and delivery.
- Utilize available data resources to analyze program performance and competitive activity
- Lead establishment and development of new or improved processes/procedures
- Remain current on trends and innovation within the consumer promotion industry; provide continuous, applicable thought leadership to client
- Project management, problem solving, and analytical skills are required

- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience also considered
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in promotional, CPG, or related industry
- Must be agile, have a passion for client services, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Extremely organized and communicate well across multiple parties
- Ability to identify and provide creative solutions to challenges
- Able to deliver in a fast-paced environment and manage a high workload
- Independent worker, with a team player mindset, enthusiastic and energetic approach
- Ability to navigate and advance initiatives amidst ambiguity
- Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel is required
