Customer Service
Moon International, Inc. is seeking a detail oriented and quick learner to assist in the Sales and Customer Service Departments.
Duties:
- Assist Sales Manager and Sales Department with quote requests
- Enter orders received by sales department
- Process quotes
- Follow-up with customers / provide customer service with information regarding new products or quotes
- Assist Customer Service with order entry when necessary
- Assist with any and all administrative duties; filing, faxing, problem solving, research, preparing meeting presentations, and any other related requests.
Requirement:
- Knowledge of Office Word and Excel a Must!
- Experience in a sales environment preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to take instruction and directions well
- Multi-tasker
- Possess good verbal and written skills
- Be a team player
- Manufacturing background helpful
