Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Customer Relationship Head, you will help in delivering the best solutions to our customers. You should have experience being a customer champion across industries, enjoy building and maintaining strong customer relationships, excel at strategic thinking, and can simplify explanations on product details. With a customer-first mindset, you will be the face of our company for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and never have to worry about the details because you’ve got them handled.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, challenges, and priorities.
  • Solution delivery: collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs and exceed expectations.
  • Contact and coordinate with clients via phone, email, or in person meetings to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase.
  • Alert senior management to real or potential issues.
  • Remain up to date with departmental, organizational and industry changes.
  • Taking a proactive approach with clients, reviewing their contracts, and updating outstanding information while accurately documenting interactions.
  • Occasionally going to client homes for testimonial videos.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of experience in a B2C organization
  • Bachelors / Diploma in business or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French language.
  • Highly articulate via phone, email and face-to-face.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external clients.
  • A strong work ethic with the confidence to work autonomously.
  • Receptive to constructive criticism and new strategies.
  • Hungry for growth, attested resilience in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Can maintain a high level of accuracy with quotes, note-taking, contracts, and record keeping.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace

  • Current drivers’ licence and vehicle.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
