About the role


RADICL is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' success by providing expert guidance, proactive support, and strategic insights. You will be the primary technical point of contact for our clients, pre and post-sales, helping them maximize the value of our solutions and ensuring their cybersecurity needs are met.

As a RADICL Technical Account Manager you will:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within RADICL.
  • Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of RADICL’s solutions.
  • Sales Support: Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of RADICL’s solutions. Conduct architecture reviews, execute trials and proof-of-values, and take a consultative approach to the technical pre-sale portion of the customer journey.
  • Partner Support: Work closely with RADICL’s partners to provide technical support, ensure alignment with our solutions, and foster strong collaborative relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical support and guidance on RADICL’s solutions, helping clients to implement, optimize, and realize value from our offerings.
  • Strategic Insights: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and security challenges, providing strategic recommendations to enhance their cybersecurity posture.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops with customers and partners to educate them on best practices, new features, and updates to our solutions.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback to product and engineering teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a TAM, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, Professional Services, or similar customer-facing role within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, MDR solutions, modern SOC operations and toolsets, and related technologies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for helping customers succeed and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 + variable
  • Equity: Stock options to share in RADICL’s long-term growth and success.
