BACH Media is a dynamic and growing marketing company specializing in Medicare. We connect consumers with insurance carriers, agencies, brokers, and affiliate networks through targeted advertising and lead generation. Our team leverages cutting-edge technology and strategic marketing to deliver quality results. We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help scale our operations by driving new business through effective lead management and client acquisition.

Job Description:
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for contacting and managing a list of prequalified business prospects that have been sourced from industry conferences and online interactions. Your primary goal will be to schedule detailed discussion calls between potential clients and our Head of Sales, thereby expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence.|Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact leads via phone calls and text messaging to schedule appointments.
  • Maintain and update customer interactions and statuses in our CRM system.
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and proposing our services as solutions.
  • Manage and follow up on leads, both cold and warm, to ensure engagement and progression through the sales funnel.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Sales to ensure a seamless transition of client engagement.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment while also thriving independently to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent sales experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the insurance or healthcare sectors, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the business.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and adapt to fast-paced work environments.
  • Ability to work partially remotely and from our office in Northern New Jersey 2-3 days a week.

Pay: $57,808.00 - $67,379.00 per year
