Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Duties:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business development and expand market share
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct warm calls to prospects and engage in consultative selling to understand their needs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide ongoing account management, including regular check-ins, updates, and addressing any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of products or services
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
Skills:
- Proven experience in technology sales or related field
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Demonstrated success in account management and building long-term client relationships
- Proficient in warm calling techniques and consultative selling approaches
- Familiarity CRM systems for managing sales activities
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
