Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic planning efforts.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Track, monitor, and maintain a Sales Pipeline through a database.
- Maintain relationships with current clients and act as an ambassador at all industry events.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience in Construction Management, Commercial Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Excellent communication and analysis skills
- Prior experience in customer relationship management and marketing
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Established relationships within the commercial construction industry a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
