Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with a keen ability to identify new opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients. You will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of projects that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and expand market reach.
  • Identify potential clients and engage in proactive outreach to establish relationships.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze market trends.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic planning efforts.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Track, monitor, and maintain a Sales Pipeline through a database.
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and act as an ambassador at all industry events.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management software.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent strategic planning capabilities with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience in Construction Management, Commercial Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and analysis skills
  • Prior experience in customer relationship management and marketing
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Established relationships within the commercial construction industry a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
