An international industrial manufacturer in the Torrance, CA area is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist. If you have relevant experience and are interested in this position, please apply.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain customer accounts

· Handle questions from the factory, contract manufacturers and OEMs

· Answer customer inquires through forecasting and inventory management

· Enter orders in ERP system and arrange shipments

· Contact buyers to follow up orders and inquiries

· Conduct and follow up on returned materials

Requirements:

· At least 2 years of relevant insides sales or administrative experience

· At least 2 years of customer service experience

· Experience with purchase order and inventory control

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
