Qualifications:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Technical sales knowledge and proficiency in analyzing sales data
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and meeting/exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
