Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and account management, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with clients while fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and company objectives.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture and helping team members reach their full potential.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Proposal & Pricing Oversight: Oversee pricing strategies and proposal creation, ensuring that estimates are competitive, accurate, and aligned with company margin goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to meet targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including production and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality service.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role, preferably in the painting, construction, or home improvement industry
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
