Clementine's Cleaning is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team in a door-to-door sales role. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue by engaging with potential customers in their homes and businesses, presenting our cleaning services, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales by approaching potential customers in designated territories, presenting Clementine's Cleaning services, and identifying their cleaning needs.
- Proactively generate and follow up on leads, build relationships, and close sales.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Clearly explain our service offerings, highlighting the benefits and features that meet customers' needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies for increasing territory sales and hitting sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Provide expert product knowledge and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the CRM system.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Clementine's Cleaning services and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door or direct sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients face-to-face.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to overcome objections during in-person interactions.
- Experience in account management or customer relationship management is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
