```Overview```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, in the BC Lower mainland. (Must live in territory to be considered) You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset.
```Responsibilities```
- Build and expand relationships with existing customers. Prepare and present customer focused presentations that highlight opportunities and action plans for customers’ business.
- Stay up to date with the customer strategy, operating cycles, promo plans, store changes. Understand the customers business and purchase decision making process.
- Implement the company’s strategic sales plan for accounts assigned and for new accounts onboarded. Execute and own the entire sales cycle
- Develops, executes and refines retail co-op programs to maximize growth for assigned territory while keeping within set budget.
- Plan and execute regular product trainings with retailers and their consumer base
- Effectively negotiates with customers to achieve mutual business objectives
- Using strong communication skills to provide accurate and detailed information to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Update CRM daily with customer calls, promos and contact changes
- Develops strong brand and product knowledge: marketing positioning, value and target consumer to brands as well as customers
- Maintain competitive and industry knowledge base of product and service offerings and provide strategic recommendations
- Attends customer events, industry events, trade shows, etc.
- Complete administrative duties such as deal sheets, new listing forms, price increase files, tracking reports, deductions, credits and returns, promo ROI and forecasting as applicable
- Responsible for any other administrative duties as required
- Stay within assigned budget for any and all customer budgets as well as business travel and expenses
- Work on special projects and other duties/responsibilities as assigned
```Experience```
- Post-secondary education in Business, marketing or relevant discipline, or equivalent market experience
- Minimum of 3 years territory management experience
- Experience within the natural products industry is required
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Solid technology skills in the Microsoft applications including PowerPoint and Excel
- Must own a reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
- Must have a valid passport as some travel outside Canada may be required
- Must be available for conferences and tradeshows (3+ per year)

Pay: $61,877.00-$68,291.00 per year
