Job Description
Primary Job Duties: Actively organize, control and promote club events. Distribution of information to members, in all its capacity. This requires acute attention to detail as this is a growing membership. Oversee and control beach pass process. Administration biweekly schedule as well as the control of budgeted labor hours in this area. Day to day member issues that are not quality related. Be knowledgeable of membership parameters and assist in membership sales in any capacity as set by the Sales Director.
Facilitate ‘New Member Orientation’.
Requirements:
Secondary Job Duties: Being present at all events and ensuring member satisfaction. Driving the marketing of diverse information to our members from rules and regulation reminders, hours of operations, holiday events etc. Oversee the restaurant reservations knowing that if short staffed any of these areas may need to be covered by you. Instill a good and solid ‘on-call’ staff list to cover areas when needed or during busy holiday periods.
Overall: This position is an administrative position that focuses on solid member communication and ensures smooth running of day to day administrative operations and may include some F&B duties from time to time. The Club at La Playa is a small but busy are with growing membership. This position promotes teamwork and enforces the minimum standards as set by the Director of Operations for Club.
Other Duties: As a Team, all managers/supervisors are expected to assist in any part of the property.
Specific dress codes are not in force at the club; however, it is understood that a refined, business attire is worn. This person must demonstrate a high level of detail in the communication to members.
