Join our dynamic solar sales team and take your career to the next level! In this role with no commission cap, you'll attend pre-set in-home appointments with pre-qualified customers, eliminating the stress of prospecting. We handle all the lead generation and system design work—your focus will be on showcasing our programs and guiding customers through the sign-up process. Once a customer is signed up, our project management team will handle the permitting, scheduling, and required paperwork , ensuring a seamless experience for both you and the client. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do. You'll stay in touch with customers post-sale, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Educate prospects of the benefits of the programs we offer
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships
- Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM
- Work closely with management to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the energy sales market and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
- Full time - Monday to Saturday
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Coachable and a team player
- Attend free sales training every Monday at 10 a.m. in Sacramento
- Appointments will require driving a minimum of 500 miles a week
- Reliable transportation (Fuel efficient vehicle)
Compensation Package:
- 1099
- Base Pay
- Uncapped Commission
- Gas Mileage Reimbursement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
