Job Summary:
Job Description: Are you a fearless, persuasive, focused, results-driven, and self-motivated Sales Representative (Hunter)? Do you enjoy a fast-pace and the freedom to pursue your financial goals? Then we are seeking YOU to join our sales team!
The ideal candidate is a proactive and tenacious individual with a proven track record of identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. Outgoing, empathetic and intuitive with an ability to “read” people. As a Sales Representative (Hunter), you will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals to contribute to the overall success of our Temporary Wall Systems sales initiatives.
As an added benefit TWS salespeople have support staff for proposal writing and administrative tasks allowing you to do what you do best. HUNT!
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospecting: Identify -target-close
· Cold Calling: Initiate and conduct cold calls to generate interest and set up meetings with potential clients.
· Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products/services.
· Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
· CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track and manage sales activities and maintain accurate records (assistance provided).
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Sales Representative with a focus on hunting for new business.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and results oriented.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Knowledge of the construction industry and a keen understanding of client needs.
· Proficient in using CRM software.
Education and Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the B2B space.
