Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify areas for improvement and upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track client interactions and manage sales pipeline
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
