Position Purpose:
The Manager-Inside Sales will lead, coach and direct 8-12 Inside Sales Representative to achieve their assigned annual sales quota. They will build and enhance a positive selling culture based upon achievement, accountability and respect for individuals. They serve as a collaborator and team builder across all Stericycle departments to maximize efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
The Inside Sales Manager will work a Hybrid Schedule that reports to our Bannockburn office.
Key Job Activities:
- Communicate and enforce Stericycle policies, procedures and the Code of Conduct.
- Teach and coach ISEs to be proficient in product knowledge, sales skills and processes, system utilization (SFDC, SAP), customer communications and problem solving.
- Conduct weekly Pipeline Reviews to insure the ISEs meet their weekly quota.
- Forecast weekly and monthly closed-won sales.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and annual assigned quota for the team.
- Analyze team performance daily and adjust as needed to drive consistent performance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Education:
Experience (North America & LATAM):
- Five or more years of successful experience in Sales/Inside Sales with a consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations in a B2B environment: including one year of team leader or supervisory experience.
- Three or more years out outbound sales/inside sale management experience is preferred including Inside sales management experience and success in B2B environment, demonstrating the ability to successfully manage people.
- Demonstrates good knowledge of sales automation software, Excel, Word and Outlook.
