Job Description

The Sales Manager has responsibility for effectively managing membership sales. The Sales Manager is dedicated to the results of the clients, and sells packages that deliver on the studio's goals and reflect its values. If you like being in control of your own income, then this is the job for you!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Sales Execution on Key Metrics & Drivers, thus Results

  • The Sales Manager shares responsibility with the GM of ensuring Sales Process Execution to meet financial targets
  • Lead generation including Field Marketing and Networking
  • Execute sales process to schedule prospects into FITT classes
  • Drive Membership sales through inside/outside sales and business development efforts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Knowledge, skills & abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
  • Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation with proven results.
  • Experience with basic computer skills like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Documents, and PowerPoint.

Strong and proven leadership, communication, time management, and analytical abilities and skills. * Experience

  • 2-4 years of sales or related experience.

Pay: From $16.28 per hour
