Concierge
SUMMARY
- Serve as a customer service / sales consultant. Basic responsibility will be to satisfy resident’s questions and needs, serve as a liaison to the management office, assist in renting apartments and provide refreshments
- Always provide exceptional Customer Service
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets residents and guest with a smile as they enter the building
- Provides Dog Walking Service
- Captures all prospect information i.e.; phone, written and walk-in, in a way to maximize current and future occupancy and provides general sales information during off hours.
- Maintains Concierge Binder
- Keeps front lobby stocked with magazines, collateral, maps, transportation schedules, menus etc., stocks coffee bar, keeps track of office supplies, maintains linens and towels for the amenity areas.
- Maintains a clean and orderly front desk, lobby area, and storage closets where applicable, cleans glass/ carpets as needed, keeps other amenity areas cleaned and stocked.
- Generates flyers and assist with outreach marketing to local Business etc.
- Assist with social media posts, organizes and host month resident events for the community.
- Answers the telephone. Communicate with staff and residents
- Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Study the Community info and BMG policies.
- Marketing experience preferred.
- Take all office phone calls when office is busy or closed (calls must be forwarded to front desk)
- Update Daily the Concierges Book
- Offer refreshments to every prospect
- Follow up on 100% of service orders
- Enter new service order request into software
- Sales – fair housing, act as back up to sales call, book appointments, capture guest information; confirm appointments, assist in planning resident events, promote resident referrals
- Enter new service order request into software
- Keep lobby and desk in perfect first-class appearance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Evenings as needed
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
