Our custom frames and display cases protect and preserve memories, artifacts and works of art and grace the walls and halls of museums, art galleries, private galleries, luxury homes, corporate offices, hospitality suites, universities, and just about anywhere fine art is displayed.
In this position you will work with our Account Team to ensure that every aspect of our clients’ custom design request is completed. Working on mulitple custom projects simultaneously, you will ensure that each project is moving toward completion on schedule.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily customer contact with assigned accounts, assisting in the development and execution of custom projects. Liaison between internal departments, Account Managers and Project Managers.
- Manage orders from concept/design through to production Department or supplier:
- Work with sales to fully understand needs and wants of their project and customer needs.
- Prepare and enter quotes for orders using company forms and computer systems.
- Follow-up to ensure timelines are met.
- Ensure critical details are communicated to all constituents – sales, customer, production and outside Suppliers.
- Respond to inquiries, needs, or issues from accounts with the sales team in an enthusiastic and timely manner.
- Provide ideas, recommendations, and support regarding new business development.
- Stay up to date on company capabilities, products and services.
- Manage Install Calendar and white Glove Deliveries for Clients and their projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one -two years in business (Preference toward people working in environments, Décor, or Creative or fabrication companies where products and solutions are developed)
- Experience in a custom manufacturing environment a plus.
- Strong detail orientation. Accountable for accurate and complete orders.
- Highly organized; able to prepare a schedule of priorities for each day; ability to work on multiple projects under tight timelines. FLEXIBLE to adjust as the business dictates.
- Highly relational, a good listener, and strong communicator.
- Persistent, but able to form solid, trusting relationships with customers, suppliers and internal departments. Clear desire to help assigned customers meet their needs and objectives.
- Highly motivated. Competitive, confident, and optimistic. Sees excellence as a standard.
- Computer proficiency: Solid skills using Microsoft Office® software such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Full Calc, Lifesaver, and/or FACTS software a strong plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
