Job Description

Lake Chevrolet & Lake Ford are seeking driven and dedicated individuals that have a passion for customer service to join our Sales Team! We are looking for candidates that are eager to learn, willing to be trained and follow a successful and proven sales process.

Most of our Sales Managers and Finance Managers started their career with us as Sales Professionals. We prefer to promote from within and offer great advancement opportunities!

No previous sales experience? No problem! Our Sales Managers will train those with little or no prior sales experience, using the same training methods that made them successful!

We are not like other dealerships. Our Sales Conultants work directly with our customers...there is no running back and forth from your office to the manager's office. We train our Sales Professionals to be transparent and take their customers through the entire sales process, start to finish! You will be trained on how to calculate monthly payments, conduct accurate trade appraisals and prepare financial documents to be completed by our Finance Department.
