Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will oversee our sales team, develop strategies to grow business, and ensure clients receive outstanding service. This role requires expertise in managing insurance claim projects and a strong background in roofing, gutters, and siding sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to consistently achieve sales goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on insurance claims and repair services.
- Collaborate with the insurance claims team to provide seamless support to clients.
- Deliver training on sales techniques, company processes, and product knowledge.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in roofing, gutters, and siding.
- Deep understanding of the insurance claims process and home repair projects.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
