We are seeking ambitious, results-driven Territorial Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a commission-based role, offering comprehensive training and materials. With 3-5 years of medical equipment, mobility device sales experience recommended, this position provides a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-driven startup creating a meaningful global impact.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Key Way Medical's innovative product lines, including ReNuCare Standing Beds, and upcoming launches of electric scooters, power wheelchairs, and AI mattresses.
- Provide tailored solutions that improve patients' lives and meet customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and client management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Key Way Medical at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales updates and reports to management.
Skills& Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in medical equipment, mobility assistive device sales is recommended.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in healthcare or medical technology.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel extensively within your designated territory.
- Familiarity with sustainable and innovative medical equipment is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract
- Commission pay
- Uncapped commission
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
