Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing customers
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate product information
- Create awareness about product use and application with micro-dosing
- Deliver exceptional customer service and 5 Star customer experience
- Utilize Point of Sale to process customer orders and track sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure of smooth customer order fulfillment
- Close out sales transactions using predefined steps for customer retention
- Provide administrative sales support and daily menu audits needed and perform other customer and sales support as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Study product details and analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Experience and skills with excel, word, and other office automation a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive drive for growth and success
