We are currently seeking a Flight Operations Coordinator & Sales Support Specialist to join our amazing team. We’re looking for an energetic, driven, organized, detail-oriented individual with a customer service focus, a strong team player mentality, and a safety-focused mindset. You’ll report to the CEO/Director of Operations and will assist and support the flight operations and sales team. Responsibilities include booking trips on the flight scheduling calendar, aircraft and crew scheduling, communicating with pilots and VIP clients, flight following, producing customs paperwork for international flights, and providing charter inquiries in the sales CRM platform. Responsibilities
- Booking trips sent by our Sales Director on our flight scheduling calendar
- Dispatching and flight following all aircraft movements
- Building quotes with detail and accuracy in the CRM sales platform
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the Pilots, Sales, and Marketing teams with goal of providing outstanding and efficient staffing solutions while ensuring compliance with FAR Part 135 and 91 regulations and company operating procedures
- Producing customs paperwork and various reports for company departments and clients
- Managing the operations email, communicating daily with VIP clients and brokers via email and phone with a high degree of professionalism
- Assisting in the scheduling and stacking of trips in accordance with crew rest and duty regulations, company policy and with an emphasis on efficiencies and cost reduction
- Interacting with customers internally and externally
- Liaising with Director of Operations and/or Chief Pilot regarding new landing sites, safety and security policies, Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or related field, pilot certification, or prior experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable of pilot rest and duty limitations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with swift response time
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays are required
- Exemplary work ethic, friendly customer service attitude, adept at prioritization and multitasking, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to safety
- Must be able to interact confidently and professionally with flight crew and VIP clients

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
