Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and help manage our customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and account management, with the ability to build relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing all landscape maintenance client accounts along with assisting with some level of installations sales as well. You will be responsible for responding to new inquiries/ enhancements, resolving customer issues, and providing support to ensure that customer needs are met. As of right now. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our business.

This will be a 52k per year salary plus target bonus incentives/ commission that would be paid at the end of quarterly reviews.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet them.
Coordinate with our installation division managers to complete landscape/ irrigation work for clients
Prepare contracts and negotiate/ finalize pricing.
Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer data to identify trends (usually by the season) and opportunities for improvement.
Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Provide timely reports on account performance.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
