**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Design Build Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and construction, with a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. As a Design Build Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting our design build services. You will collaborate closely with our design and construction teams to develop tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
**Duties:**
- Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and profits
- Communicate product information and promotions to customers
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic math for transactions
- Implement upselling techniques to increase sales
- Operate cash registers accurately
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for serving diverse customers
- Technical sales knowledge is beneficial for selling specialized products
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a broader customer base
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in basic math calculations
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Capability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales is an advantage

Pay: $100,464.00 - $200,000.00 per year
