Job Description

Our client is a premier distributor of petroleum lubricants, oils, fluids, and greases. Every day, they operate and provide services through over 50 locations across 30+ states, offering a range of top-quality products from leading brands.

Based out of Miami, Florida, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible primarily for acquiring new accounts, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales and profitability targets, and implementing corporate strategies. Duties include:

  • Proactively develop new accounts and manage leads through Salesforce CRM.
  • Maintain a list of referral contacts for new customer introductions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and execute necessary documents and customer files.
  • Introduce new services to customers and facilitate smooth handoffs.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and maximize profitability.
  • Implement sales processes and strategies designed by the company.
  • Manage customer relations, provide solutions, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle administrative tasks, document critical customer information, and respond to internal requests.
  • Manage budget and expenses within company guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering, with 2 years of outside sales experience; OR equivalent education and experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in outside sales.
  • Previous sales experience in auto parts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
