Exciting News!! We're thrilled to announce the expansion of Unity Resale Shoppe with a brand new location on Green Bay's east side. This presents a fantastic opportunity for an dynamic individual who loves working with volunteers, customers, and donors. Be part of our journey of growth and meaningful impact!

As the Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the business operations of the shoppe. This includes managing a volunteer-based staff, marketing to shoppers and donors, meeting financial goals, and ensuring an inviting environment for everyone involved. Your responsibilities will span from customer service and merchandising to inventory management and online sales.

Schedule: This position can expect a work schedule of 20-24 hours weekly, working Mondays from 10 AM – 6 PM, Tuesdays from 10 AM – 6 PM, Wednesdays from 9 AM – 1 PM, and Fridays from 9 AM – 1 PM, with the flexibility of weekly and weekend adjustments as needed.

Key Job Duties:

  • Assistant Shoppe Manager: Be the go-to expert on all aspects of the shoppe's operations.
  • Inventory and Merchandising Supervisor: Keep the shoppe stocked with appealing items and create an inviting shopping experience.
  • Online Sales Manager: Handle online inventory and sales channels, generating significant revenue.
  • Unity Ambassador: Represent Unity Resale Shoppe at community events and functions.

Requirements:

Education:

Associate of Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Three years of experience in retail management.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of retail experience with experience leading people.
  • At least one year of retail staging or merchandising experience.
  • Experience working with and/or supervising volunteers preferred.
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and proof of current automobile insurance coverage.
