You should able to communicate effectively in person, over the telephone and via e-mail. Having experience working with contact management/sales software, the full Google Suite apps and Netsuite/Oracle software is a plus.
Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales representative at Ashworth Awards, you will have the opportunity to work with events, races, and all sort of businesses in need of recognition products. You will multitask on inspiring customer projects and create meaningful relationships with clients throughout your time at Ashworth Awards. You will work within the sales team and report to the Sales Manager.
Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and foster secure leads.
- Interacts with existing customers over phone, email, and video conference.
- Develop existing leads & prospects and interacts by phone and email to increase sales of the company’s products and/or services.
- Works with team members including sales manager, executives, insides sales reps, sales support specialists, marketing, art, and production personnel.
- May travel to conferences/trade shows.
- Assists callers and customers with and takes phone messages when necessary.
- Composes sales orders, enters customer details and notes, and performs a variety of administrative functions.
- Handles multiple projects & sales at once, monitors invoices & receivables of their own customers.
- Participates in sales and marketing projects to ensure quality completion.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the sales atmosphere for jewelry and awards
- Be able to handle multiple projects/sales
- Be flexible in what tasks you are able to take on and perform
- Skilled in Microsoft office, Google Suite, and NetSuite/Oracle
- Be comfortable performing Administrative functions
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt
- Be open minded and willing to share ideas with others and your supervisor
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely as well as attentive listening skills
