As a B2B Sales Representative/Key Account Manager at TRC Electronics, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying and closing business opportunities with key decision-makers in target industries. Leveraging your decision making skills, relationship-building skills, and closing expertise, you will successfully navigate complex sales cycles and secure lucrative deals for the organization.
Starting base salary is $70-80k an amazing incentive program with clear opportunities for advancement.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Effectively collaborate with the sales team, engineers, and our partner’s product managers to obtain accurate information of application usage and system operations of TRC’s power solutions.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points.
- Present product demonstrations and articulate value propositions to prospects.
- Address objections and overcome obstacles to close sales.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the customer and the company.
- Collaborate with the sales & engineering teams to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
- Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
- Develop a complete understanding of our products and industry

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on closing deals and exceeding targets with minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience
- Previous experience in distribution sales is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Position may require travel: Up to 25%
